In the last 20 years, I have served on our esteemed Board of Directors for the Wichita Area for 11 of those years. I am committed to the education and professional development for 2,000 Realtors in our area… I teach licensing and continuing education for these agents, along w/assisting my clients find their dream home. I adhere to a strong Code of Ethics and it is one of my favorite things to teach. Keeping myself always up to date with buying/selling trends, market value, negotiation techniques and simply being available for my clients. I raised two kids as a full time Realtor. I am now an “empty nester” and my work is also my hobby! I worked as a Managing Broker for a large real estate firm in town, and a few years ago I decided to focus more on my clients, giving the benefit of all of my experience directly my clients. My past clients referrals and “repeat clients” are my top source of business.
